Disgusted with the lack of understanding and rudeness, On Monday at 11am i had booked a pcr test for Wednesday, as i should have been flying out on Saturday, i was by no means explained that if anything happened i would need to cancel within 48 hours, around 9am on Tuesday i had an email stating due to new restrictions i would NOT be able to fly. when i called up i was told i would lose 100 from my 200 as there was a policy that i was only informed with a sneaky email! disgusted, on that note even if you wanted to push it to a later date still you would lose 100, really not the service expected as i had told them id like to either push the date.

I had a great experience with Stonegate during the last week of September, 2020. I had to travel and I needed to have a covid test. I was almost losing hope, but by God's grace, Stonegate was able to help me and I made the journey successfully, on 3rd October.
