Yeovil Audi is nothing more than an under the arches used car dealer who malingers behind the facade of being an Audi main dealer. Don't expect any security or support from Audi UK for their approved used scheme as they will not enforce their meticulous standards if the dealer states that it's not in their financial interest. I have now resorted to rectifying the faults from my own pocket. The first photo is of a refurbished wheel prior to my collection and upon bringing this matter to the attention of Yeovil Audi, they responded that it met Audi brand standards. The second photo is of the rear wheel alignment after covering 1000 miles since collection and being told that the car had received a 4 wheel alignment as part of the preparation process. The front wheel alignment was worse but I didn't have time to take a photo.
