I've get new car from Stoneacre Wrexham it's my second time now and i happy. I met Ryan who was dealing with me. He got me car, he got me new good deal. I happy with my car and now looking forward to upgrade. Thank you Ryan for your patience with me, really good guy you are,good service, thank you.Shame its Covid-19 so we couldn't talk much etc.

Absolutely shocking garage. Always something wrong when I pick up my car from them. From forgetting to put the undertray back on, to not resetting service indicators. This time was the last. I purchased a \service package\ when I bought the car. Dont be fooled. It's the absolute bare minimum they can get away with, I have my doubts if they even lifted the bonnet. Wheels were definitely not removed despite the technician signing to say the had been removed and all brakes and suspension inspected. Cabin filter also had a tick next to it on the service sheet. I can assure you it had not been even looked at as it was full of dust. Air filter absolutely black and not even an advisory, when it should have been replaced no questions. Always quick to try and sell me an octane booster, or some insurance for MOT, or tyres, but fail to do a decent job servicing and falsifying records when it comes to safety critical elements of my car. I have sent pictures of this so called servicing to the 4 people listed on the website as the points of contact if you are unhappy with any of the services provided and heard nothing in 7 days. So here we are, avoid at all costs.

Really good sales team who are good at, well, selling cars. My daughter went and bought a second hand car from them. Has been sold every package under the sun by the salesman who must have thought Christmas had arrived. But fair enough, he did his job and my daughter learned a good life lesson. There has been a brake problems since it was bought and initially they could find no issues and it must be her fault for not driving it enough. We had to speak to the service manager who was good at his job, and had good customer service skills who has now moved things along so we are getting there. Shame a place like this needs prodding at times to do their best, but when they do they get it right.

A nice experience when choosing our new C5 aircross. Big thanks to Karen and Dave for their help, advice and a great deal. No pushy sales just a relaxed personable approach with surprisingly minimal paperwork. Since the agreement I've been contacted by Simon too about the details and offered a choice reg plates to choose from. Communication has been great and a nice quick turnaround for pick of the new vehicle. Would not hesitate to recommend to others. Thank you
