The only reason for a 1 star rating was for my most recent experience with getting gas! I asked the gas attendant, Hakim, or whatever his name was for 8 regular. Asked nicely. He snatched my card from me, puts my card in and then hands it back to me. I’m waiting for the pump to click, I look over, I’m being overcharged! I specifically said 8. He stops the gas pump, hands me a receipt and rudely says “you can go talk to my manager” I went to speak to the manager, Stephanie and she was super nice and very helpful and she refunded me the remaining amount that I was charged.

4th time this week Wawa has given me a bowl with no honey hot sauce. Why? First ingredient on list.
Very clean and well run store. I never feel like I'm in there too long. I've been coming here for years. When the 2020 pandemic started this wawa was closed for interior renovation. When it reopened it was clear that they were responsible in protecting its employees and customers with 6ft distance markers and protective shields over registers and sandwich station areas. They've never screwed up my order at the sandwich station and are pretty quick about it even when it was busy. The one way they can improve is by lightly toasting the bagels on their breakfast sandwiches and bagel melts. I find that they're a bit too chewy.
Night shift cook is terrible. Can't get an order right. I have to physically watch them make my food just to get them to make it right. Going on 3 times now. I received an angry response along with the cook slamming cabinets just because I want my food cooked the way I HAVE to have it. Mike, something needs to be done, I come there just for my break and I just want my food made correctly. Thats all.
This Wawa is often heavily understaffed and does not enforce any social distancing or mask enforcement rules whatsoever. There are often long lines and few cashiers which oftenly walk away from the registers for reasons unknown. Alot of drug addicts and homeless people either hang around in or around the store heckling paying customers with no deterrence by the staff. I had a continuously bad interaction with a morning cashier the past couple months in which he increasingly complained about my personal purchases. My purchases being sparkling water and a few breakfast bars, he increasingly kept saying I was \wiping out their shelves of needed product and causing problems\. I asked to speak to the manager about the situation but my request was refused. If this store wasn't conveniently located near me I would avoid going at all costs!
