Very poor. We were excited by the prospect of Iceni windows as their product range was huge and their price was competitive. We are a retail and trade supplier and placed our first order mid July 2020. We are only receiving our order today. I understand the delays caused by corona-virus however I have been gobsmacked by their professionalism and their communication. For the past few weeks we have been asked to pay the balance for our order however we have then been told that we are not going to receive it. I have been in contact with the Sales Director who is unable to do anything to either help, reassure or actually give any honest guidance into our order. This has caused major delays to our customer and financially it has cost us as we have been held liable for the delays from Iceni. I will again re-iterate that I accept and understand the situation right now and the delays have been caused by the ongoing crisis however I can not accept the poor effort made by this company to communicate. I would strongly advise any end user to avoid Iceni at this moment in time, they are clearly unable to handle their workload and it will only result in you being held up. Shame really, they could be great!

Currently not able to get any response after advising on a faulty door 51 days ago. Call attempts made and follow up mails resulted in no fix to the issue. Spent thousands on doors and windows from this company to be bitterly disappointed with a 'blistered' front door. They are still transacting sales but not interested in customer dis-satisfaction. Very frustrating end user.

Talbot & Son's Ltd have built a great relationship with Iceni Windows over the past few years. The product provided is fantastic and customer service provided is exceptional. Technical support is always at hand and I regularly speak with the processing department for assistance with designs of upcoming projects. Delivery drivers are very helpful. All in all a very satisfied customer here and would highly recommend Iceni Windows.

Fantastic company. They have manufactured our Upvc and Aluminium products for the past 6 years and I would not change supplier. They supply quality products not budget handles, locks etc. They rectify any mistakes instantly and never lay blame. Iceni has always worked alongside us to give support and guidance. The Directors and staff go above and beyond. Fully recommend this company!
