Spent ages trying to get the correct upvc door lock gearbox on the internet then received the wrong one. At the point of giving up, took my bits over to WindowParts. They told me what i needed then took the bits over to a bench, fitted the new bit and handed it back 5 minutes later. It was cheaper than the internet too. Very very pleased
