Everytime I go in the store I queue. Unorganised, staff don’t seem to know or care what’s going on. I was in there recently and I was told by the girl on the till the managers stay in the office most of the day. No wonder your stores a mess. Wouldn’t recommend shopping here.

Great prices and polite staff. However could be cleaner as most of the time loads of dust in changing rooms.

Matalan is the worst place to work what else can I say. Matalan Wigan has no values and they make sure that the staff are not looked after. All Matalan Wigan cares about are how many emails they get and how much money they take and nothing else. Sorry I have to put this but after working there for 15 years and what that place has done to me as a x employee of the company I wouldn't advise anyone to work there because you won't get treated good whatsoever.
