Been there many times. Generally recommendable BUT not all the descriptions of the rooms on the website match the reality. For instance: For today I chose the room V27 as it was supposed to offer 'undisturbed practicing experience' as it is sound isolated. Well, for 2 hours I heard pretty all the details of the practicing of the neighbor.

Unfortunately, there is no possibility to rate them a 0 star. They are only intersted in exploiting your money. Poor service, avoid!
Such a great variety of practice spaces, such beautiful pianos at the store, great coffee, I'm in love with this place. Returning again and again and again.
I really had a nice time, in KlavierGalerie trying to choose a good and right piano for myself. I have been treated so well. I will truly recomend to everyone KlavierGalerie, if they need a good piano. :).
Great pianos, private room and very clean.
I was extremely satisfied with the result. The voicing of the acoustic piano was perfect with mellow, round and even tone color, more responsive than before to different dynamics and shades of tone color. The digital part felt no different than the acoustic piano for my fingers. I had the same control over the dynamics, and felt that I could even change the tone color with my touch. I thank all the technicians who made wonders on my old piano.
It was my privilege to visit the Klaviergalerie and their Feurich pianos in Vienna. It was worth seeing the experienced technicians working so dedicated and meticulously in preparing the pianos, as the final result is a finely tuned pianos to be played with great pleasure.
Piano paradise! This place has everything (practice rooms, concert hall, recording studio and a surprisingly great, ever-changing selection of pianos for sale). My home away from home when visiting Vienna.
