Popped in this afternoon as the key fobs are not unlocking the car. Really nice man changed the battery in the fob and no charge. Unfortunately we're still having the same issue with the fob, can't open the doors to get in and follow the instruction given by the garage to sync the fob to the car but that's not their fault, he did put us in touch with a company that can check or replace the fobs. Friendly, helpful and they do service Mini's as well using only Mini parts. I normally go to Slough to have my car serviced but I will give Ferraro a try when my service is due. Update: just watched a video on YouTube and managed to unlock the car and sync the keys to the car.

Personally I wouldn't feel happy leaving my Beautiful BMW with anyone else.. these guys know there stuff...and im quite happy to leave my keys knowing that when I pick up my car . It will be running like a dream as always...keep up the good work guys .. .
