I cannot recommend Cynthia's class enough! As a first time mom with a history of anxiety, I had a lot off fear around childbirth. Through Cynthia's class I have learned so much about my beliefs, my body, what's important to me and above all else I have gained tools that I know will help when I give birth to our first child in July. My husband also attended the class and I know he also learned so much about birth. After class every week we ended up having many in depth conversations about the birthing process which helped us understand our hopes and fears and get on the same page. Many misconceptions about birth were cleared up through Cynthia's evidence based approach. We feel prepared and excited for the birth of our son!
