Cheap and convenient but not the best of car parks, issues with getting back through the lift or stairs as well, tried calling the number on the board and no answer. Good in terms of location to both the beech and Town centre stores. If your looking for a cheap car park then it is perfect just a bit dirty and feels like it is not maintained.

car park says it closes at 8 to be surprised at 19:10 that they were closed already!!!! I have pictures, there was over 30 people that had the same issue and were misled by the sign that said 8pm! Everyone was calling their customer service to be told by an ignorant called Simon that the car park closes at 7 and that I’m lying??? What a dreadful customer service is that?? How dare he call me a liar?? Look at the bloody picture, 8PM you ignorants.... I have my wallet in my car and can’t pay for a hotel! Managed to get hold of someone from work to book the hotel for me and pay him later, guess what?? Not a single hotel in the entire Weston has a vacant room for us.... we live 120 miles away for gods sake! Police was called but didn’t care much, told them about my situation that my wallet is in the car and I have nowhere to sleep I was told “this is not a police matter, we can’t do anything, sorry”.... Shame on you tax munchers.... One of the guys who is a local and has the same situation accommodated is (3 of us) and I can’t thank him enough and I do owe him a lot! (I’m writing this review the same night of the event) Not to mention that I need to be at work at 7 am and my wife at 8... I am going to prosecute you you cowboys for all the inconvenience and believe me when I say you gonna pay for losing my time, my day, and a day of unpaid leave for me and my wife.... I told you that on the phone and you will see how far I’ll take this case! Oh just to add, the guy on the phone from NCP said whoever closed the car park went for holiday straight after! I asked and who is going to open it in the morning? Another person, can this person come now? He can’t as there isn’t a way. I asked , what if there is a fire or an emergency such as a kid is locked in there? He said we can’t do anything they have to stay there till the morning..... can you actually believe that???? The shittiest customer services I have ever encountered.... shame on you cowboys

Easy to find, surprisingly close to the pier and always staff about who are helpful and the price for all day parking was cheap , even cheaper considering the location
