I wish I could give them a lower score. The bus drivers that have been driving for our child bus route has been nothing bus disrespectful to the students and parents. I have called in to this garage an spoke with the manger Lisa who has done nothing to change the problems I've addressed. The bus driver Maria Screams, Yells and stops the bus for minor reasons. Sometimes we don't receive our children till an entire hour after they have been dismissed! She lies an says she doesn't do anything the kids tell us she does even though I've heard her with my own ears....she plays victim and her manger backs her up....i wish they really cared about what the parents on this bus route have continued to complain about. However I know if it where a different area it would be addressed!! No questions ASKED!!! Ive even had a bus driver tell a child he despised a child an they didnt discipline him even though he said it on the recorded video on the bus they refused to address him!! The carol stream location needs to be completely reviewed!!!!
