I have used Sandwell for a number of years, and over that time I have always found the team to be professional in the work and the way they treat everyone that go through the doors. When I drop in to see, chat or bye goods there is always a cup of coffee weighing with a friendly face as I go through the door over the time I have used Sandwell I have spent thousands on goods, I have never had a complaint with the service or goods and would highly recommend them to anyone . The customer service is second to none as is their knowledge and friendship. All the best for the future and thankyou.

Fantastic place. I went and purchased a Weihrauch hw99s from them. Price was better than a lot of other retailers. I was helped with my purchase by a great guy called Sol. Top customer service and a great laugh to boot. Will certainly use them again.
This place is operating in violation of The Disability Act 2016. Shop worker/owner was extremely rude to me - shouting etc and stating that he did not care when I tried to explain that i cannot wear a mask. Treated me like some kind of leper. Absolutely disgusting behavior from a grown man. Thanks for the response but you know as well as I do that it's a lie. Yes, I did see the signs and as I walked in I was fairly challenged. As I approached and explained that I was exempt with hand in pocket to show an exemption that's when you started shouting and showing off \I don't care\ your words not mine. Nice try to change the story though. Your financial loss not mine pal.

This is an excellent place to shop. The Gentleman named Tony was very helpful not pushy for my business. I had problems with my Walter CP88 He was very helpful & went over everything with me . This is more than I can say about city weapons the man there was very very rude to me. This shop Sandwell field sports value your business. I cannot thank them enough
