I would give 0 if i could. My parents been waiting months for their cancelled flights during covid and they have not followed up or escalated with the airline for a refund! They happy to take ur money but no customer service afterwards! Rubbish travel agent and will not be using them again

Avoid Avoid Avoid.... Wish I hade seeing these reviews before making a booking. Being chasing a refund for 4 Months and still nothing, can't even confirm the refund amount. Stick to reputable companies, yes, you'll have to pay more but at least it isn't Fraudulent. Update: After filing in small claims court and logging complaint with ABTA received a refund of 275.70 when originally spent 831.70....Broad Day Light Robbery.

I add above as I can't directly reply; Travelpack CS have already my details, I've been calling and emailing them several times. The reference n. is U89635. I understand the disruption caused by the pandemic but now it's been nearly 6 months! I'm waiting for a refund since August! I called several time and apparently the finance team is working from home so they are not always available. There is a big backlog, they say! CAN YOU GIVE ME MY REFUND ASAP????

I had to take legal action to get my money back. Unfortunately like all recent reviews here mine is a similar story, cancelled flights due to Covid then dozens of emails back & forth promising my money but it never appearing. Eventually I went through small claims court to get the money back, which they refunded within a day of my going down the court route! If you are still waiting for money from them I would try this route, you do have to pay a fee 30-100 depending on how much they owe you but the process is easy and you will hopefully get your full refund.
