Great day out! The cafe needs a little work done is a bit aged. Good coffee but not so the food. The new playground is amazing. Please don't feed bread to the birds!! And download the parking app there is always something wrong with the meters.

Decent size park where you can loop around and cut across the lake. You can also walk under the road to walk round the lake on the other side (south side) which I think has a bigger field to walk around. North side walk is tarmac/hard standing so you can get away with keeping your feet clean if you forget your wellies in winter! Summer there is lots of activities on the lakes and a go ape style park just off it. There's also a fun park for the kids.

Parking is ridiculous. Machines never work. Carpark is in need of some love. But plenty of parking spaces, plenty of birds to feed and children's playground looks good. Nice little walk between South and North ponds that can be completed in less than an hour.

Decent size lakes. Car park big enough however disabled toilets/hoist toilet was left wide open. Not cleaned in a while
