They ordered in parts for me but never called to say they were in (I had to call to find out they arrived). Then called on Saturday morning to make sure hours posted online were true (said they closed at 3pm) since this is a hour drive from my house. Arrived 25 minutes before 3pm (bc I work and couldn’t make it here earlier) and they were already closed!!!!!! Gate locked, no one answering the door closed. Horrible customer service! Next time I will order my parts from some place else and drive further to avoid dealing with this place.
Super unfriendly! I head the misfortune to speak with two staff, one was a mechanic and the other was the owner or manger. One was worst than the other. Very disappointed. I was in trouble, stranded, and therese guys were too concerned with closing time to help someone in need. I guess 5 to 10 min of their time was worth leaving me stranded. How you treat a stranger in need speaks volumes for your character.
Very helpful and good guys to do business
