This trash pick up service is horrible, everything has to be perfectly packaged for them. Our neighbors in Villa Park can put a torn down house on the curb and Roy Strom will take it, they must be happy to have the business and will do what it takes to keep it. Village of Lombard, DROP WASTE MANAGEMENT!!!!
Have a 6 day a week pick-up for my restaurant! I receive an email at 6:30 am saying they couldn't pick up. It's 8:30 by the time I read it and of course the company is closed! Call the sales person on his cell! and of course no answer! They would take pictures if it was overloaded and charge me an additional 95.00, but there is no picture in this email on my they couldn't pick it up! Now I'm out of luck til Monday!
It’s a shame that we have to rely on waste management to pick up our trash- they have the worst service around they pick and choose when they pick up garbage they have the worst customer service. I wish we were able to have a different service that we don’t have to pay a fortune for and buy a sticker for every little thing we need to throw out.
They service one of the properties I manage and have been ripping us off on recycling service. They claim our dumpster is \contaminated\ but never make contact with us as requested for us to inspect the dumpster and resolve the issue. They do this every single month. I heard on NPR that they own landfills and therefore, it seems like a better deal from them to make money from the monthly recycling fee, the \contaminated\ dumpster fee, and then the landfill revenue as they take our \contaminated\ recycled items to be disposed of. So we are paying for recycling service and our tenants think they're recycling, but Waste Management is tossing everything in the landfill and charging us an arm and a leg to do so. It's immoral and wrong.
Very very poor cuz every time I call them to ask to pick up bag of grass but they do not show up all day until closed. I am very fratruction cuz it is not first time. I called them over and over the past time. Garbage trucks guys are very lazy and poor. Boring too. That upset me. I start today I am not calling them again .I fed up and waste my phone bill. Why they do that for? Fun? They must learn the rules and they got paid. Wow every time I got garbage bill, the bill go up up up up . What is it for? They smell money. Why garbage truck not come that we pay the Bill. We piss off. They are very poor.
Crystal Santiago and Jerome are useless customer service employees. Waste Management is adding bogus fees above my contract rates trying to double my monthly cost. If you rate is too low they just raise the environmental and RCR bs fees or charge nearly 100 extra for slight overages. Contracts with them aren't worth the paper they are written on. Their customer service reps are rude.
