Went to Washington store to collect click and collect parcel at 15.55 (full price items) only to be told store was shutting 3 hours ahead of normal time to get ready for sale. So much for the order before midnight promise.

Gave this one a try after having to walk out of metrocentre next and walked out of this one as well. One staff one the phone the other couldn't serve as was too busy doing her hair. Safe to say I will never shop at next again.

Just visited next after it's efurbishment\ and have to say if I worked there for 8 hours a day it would be a nightmare. The lighting is horrendous far to bright. Looks like the Pay here sign also reflects off the screens which the staff use which will be bad for the staffs eyes. Deffo need sunglasses when you walk in

Went in there knowing what I needed. Saw a member of staff on hand to help almost immedietely and they could not have been quicker or more helpful in getting me what I wanted. Friendly staff - Sue on this occassion was a big help. Great quality products. Enough said.

Shrek Believes

Aggressive confrontational manner from deputy manager. Terrible example to set to other staff. However, sales staff always polite and helpful.
