I bought a Shisha from here nad after that I came here more than 4vtimes to buy flavour but never do they have flavour. My question to the owner is: Why do you sell shisha if you don't have flavours. I will never go again. Very unsatisfied 1 Change the name of the shop to Vape House You don't deserve the name SMOKE HOUSE
Stars are for the products - 0 for customer service and engagement. Went on late on. Saturday. I was looking for something quite specific - 70vg in 6mg. All the basic 50/50 flavours - but you can get these almost anywhere else. When I asked about what I wanted. \No we don't have that\. End of conversation. It's not what I am used to. Vape product shops are usually friendly and very well informed in my experience. A bit like the Smoke shop in Arkadia Mall. Lesson learnt. They are not interested unless it is already on the shop shelf. I would love to support my specialist shops but an hour on the bus when I can get the same level of service almost anywhere else. No thanks.
Very Knowledgeable guy who spoke good English. Advised us against Polish mix cigarettes, which cost more. Limited amount of cartons for what we wanted but he managed to take in a delivery there and then and give an extra carton. Would recommend for anyone wanting well priced large purchases
great guy,speaks english but not much of flavor variety though.
Went to this shop today, the gentleman was very polite and helpful and even spoke English, this is the only shop I found that met my needs for a large purchase, thank you very much.
Excellent selection, very helpful, English-speaking staff. Would definitely recommend
