Very helpful and collaborative team there at the physiotherapy , I asked them to have like a private room for my massage session, and I was surprised next time i found them like built a total room with total walls , I was really amazed as it was only one day between my two days sessions Thanks alot

Absolutely poor customer service and technician but my doctor was proficient with English and seemed knowledgeable. One customer service guy put me end of the queue on the system and made me wait for my x ray for a long long time claiming one is for emergency but as far as I can tell some people ahead of me are walking fine. This is poor service for the price you pay. My x ray technician did not ask me to put on the required protection even when I asked her to. She was reluctant and said I get more radiation from a plane ride. This is just blatant unprofessionalism at its worst. I intend to file a complaint with Poland’s medical board. Agreed with other review that organization and logistics are horrible. This medical center will lose out if other clinics with decent service are available. In short, they charge private high rates but they provide the service of a public and free hospital.
Some doctors are really great. But organisation of the process is terrible... It is quite common to wait hour when you arrived for the scheduled appointment

I am an international patient of the Carolina hospital, travelling from Ireland. From the very first point of contact by email, all the way through to medical treatment I have had a wonderful experience. I was offered travel and accommodation arrangements by email long before I had arrived. Special mention in this regard would have to go to Dr Lesya Turuk. She contacted me several times to get all of the arrangements in place before I initially arrived. Her dedication and professionalism really accentuated the whole process. Without Dr Turuk's involvement I may not even have bothered travelling abroad for surgery. Dr Turuk is a credit to the hospital. The administration staff were very helpful, patient and courteous. The hospital diagnostic scans MRI, CT Scans, etc. were very detailed. They took on average 3 times longer for an MRI, but the detail of the picture is much greater as a result. The Radiography staff were both reassuring and courteous. I also met 2 Doctors while there, one a Neurosurgeon and the second an Orthopedic hip surgeon. As this situation is still ongoing I will update my review going forward. Needless to say they were both highly accomplished, professional and excellent Doctors. Overall, I am delighted with my treatment so far. Sincerely Damien Dowling.
Called in English, a certain Agnieszka answer who couldn't speak English, and she just hang up on me, this is the second time it happens even though I'm already a patient and I paid already a lot of money. It's such a moronic and unprofessional behaviour I will never go there anymore
My insurance is covering full service in this medical center. They want to give me an appointment for my son in 3 weeks because most of specialists are on \vacations\. Not serious at all
Waste of time, I have contacted them for an appointment and they answered me no doctors able to deal with a back pain. Are they kidding me?
