Staff cheery and always up for some banter. They keep a good, clean store here and you can get most things that you need. As for the young fella at the entrance (also a trolley porter), someone needs to have a word. Maybe he has 'issues' in dealing with people, in which case perhaps he could have a role where he isn't customer facing?

1 member of staff whom appears to have no idea of how to speak to people and think that they are some sort of ulimate being as they have been issued a headset with microphone and carry a phone around their neck . Maybe asda should introduce a customer service training course with perhaps an emphasis on basic manners and speaking to people in a civil manner. I was brought up being told that please and thank you go along way it appears that this member of the asda staff were not brought up with this ethos and employ this attitude in store . After years of shopping here I will be taking my business elsewhere. As a person,never mind customer I don't expect to spoken too like this .....even the customer in front of me was shocked by the attitude displayed and asked me afterwards who she (asda colleague)thought she was ! Very poor indeed .
