Terrific service and sales experience! Karl in service was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to get me scheduled and kept me up-to-date on progress and diagnosis, with full transparency into costs/labor etc. In today's world where customer service isn't a priority, Karl and Klaben of Warren took the necessary approach of making every customer their priority. Karl was knowledgeable and very thorough, he was patient and kind. Even though he was busy, he never took it out on customers as other service departments I've been to do. I was so grateful for the honesty and integrity that Karl displayed, that I took him and the service team a few trays of cookies (covid approved :) When we decided to get a new car, Mike U. worked hard to find different options that would work for us. After our new car purchase, he even send a follow-up \thank you\ note which is a long lost art of personalized customer service. This dealership is an A in auto service, sales experience and FANTASTIC customer service. Thank you Karl, Mike U and Klaben of Warren!

Excellent Dealership. Mr. Klaben is a super nice guy. Real up front, and honest guy. Great salesman to deal with Jim Velesky bought 3cars from him. He really knows how to treat customers he gets you the payment you want. Gotta give probs to other guys in there. If you can't get Jim, or Mr. Klaben. Try to get Rich, or Chuck, super cool dudes.

My parents love the leaven family. My only negative was they don't cut the one ford key. Its the one with the fob at the end. They were nice about it though and helpful to find others.
