James and Nina are an absolutely 5 stars service at all level.. I’ve been storage my belongings for nearly 18months with the utmost trust and reliability as if I was using my own storage facility or a family member. Always very accommodating and supporting with any request I could have despite the huge challenges of COVID and being outside of the UK. They always dealt with my requests in a timely manner and such a kind approach always.. Massive thank you to Herts Storage, James and Nina for your excellent service.
