Still waiting for a mirror ordered on the 14th Dec. No communication that there was a a delay. Each time i phone the delivery date gets further away. Today it is estimated End of Feb. I understand that deliveries are being affected due to Covid but an update would be nice instead of keep having to chase you.

I found all the Sales staff I had the pleasure to meet on my recent visit to Fishpools to be extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I always continue to receive excellent customer service when visiting this lovely store! There's lots of lovely departments to wander around, and a great variety of items for every taste! I highly recommend a visit!

Their showroom will take your breath away. So clean and tidy. Everything is shiny, bright and sparkling. Good quality and very pricey. Their clearance section has things that you've had your eyes on. Just keep an eye on their sale and clearance. I bought a bedside cabinet ( Mirrored Moroccan trellis designed) from their clearance which was part of a bedroom range and was on show. Usually 300-350 but I bought it for 150.

After hearing from others that the quality of Fishpools products were great I gave them a try. Very disappointed. A problem with my first delivery meant I had to speak to a customer service lady. Extremely rude, denied receiving my emails and did not listen. Won't be using again.

New Trapani L shape sofa delivered 7 days ago. Wrote and complained to Fishpools that L part of sofa was a different colour to rest of sofa and there was a ridge in one of the seat cushions where inner filling was folded. This was the least of the problem! After sitting on sofa this week the seat leather is now saggy and pooling - sofa looks about 10 years old! Fishpool's response has been to refer me to Homeserve - who are a private company that deal with home repairs - extremely disappointed!!! This is not the response I expected. I would not order anything from this company again.
