Manager is extremely rude and arrogant. Went to ask about a return of the Superdrug brand as it says on the website that you’re able to return it without receipt, the sales advisor was polite, however a manager appeared and was extremely dismissive. She didn’t want to listen to a single word that was being said and was constantly speaking over me. Definitely needs new management

Don't go to superdrug for eyebrows. They did one thin and one thick. She adamant they were fine. Absolutely terrible!!! . Don't listen to what you want as a customer!! Stay clear

I have a mixed opinion as stated below 1. No staff on sales floor to help all staff on tills. 2 Mens aftershave very very expensive compared to other retailers. 3 Some good deals Generally expensive.
