Been waiting 5 weeks for a refund on my reservation as I had no choice but to pull out of the sale. I'm furious that no one has taken responsibility for sorting this out I have been sent from pillar to post and still getting no where with it.

Gave refundable deposit on part ex house and was advised this would be returned minus costs. Having had to withdraw from sale this deposit has not been returned. Poor poor service, would not use again.
