I had to wait about 5 minutes to speak with an SFR advisor, however the guys working in the SFR shop are very helpful and knowledgeable. It is a shame that the SFR call centre is absolutely useless. Their \International\ number of 1026 is about as much use as a chocolate fireguard and are never able to help me (English SFR customer) and they always say call customer service on 1023 who don't speak any English, so unless your grasp of the French language is good, you will be playing telephone tennis. The four stars are for the guys in the SFR shop in Vire, Lower Normandy. If I was scoring the call centre, they'd get minus -5 stars.
