We bought 400 grama of smoked sturgeon for 32, we opened it the next morning after the purchase and the fish was rotten. We called the store who said they don't have a return policy unless the products are brought back the same day when purchased. They also promised the owner will call me back, needless to say l've never heard from them. Very disappointed with the quality of their perishables, more of that spoiled smoked sturgeon is still for sale at the store and the owners don't seem to care. It's not the first time the food is not if good quality from this store but never had we had something that could be that obviously rotten. It's unfortunate the owners failed to properly address the concern.

An absolutely great store - clean, neat, bright, spacious. I was pleasantly surprised by plethora of authentically Russian good quality food choices. Not to mention a fantastic customer service. The shopkeeper Elena is such a warm and welcoming person. She radiates niceness and is always ready to help you. Worth noticing that the prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place to everyone whether Russian or not. Thank you! It’s been a while since I had Russian food on my Canadian table.
