This has got to be one of the largest car dealerships in the lower mainland. Their lot is immense stretching for a long SW. Marine Dr. Their show room is roomy and there are helpful sales people throughout. I bought my GMC Denali Yukon here a couple years ago and continue to get it serviced here. While the sales department was excellent and treated me very fairly, I find that ongoing service with the service consultants and technicians to be very good as well. One of the things I value the most with regards to the service appointments is there close communication with you for the girls to updates and how the process is going. It really makes planning your day that much easier. Overall an excellent location to shop for your next car or a truck, and for service of the same.

Nick the body shop manager is absolutely top shelf!! My 2014 Impala LTZ came back to me looking like new, literally!! Every single person from Chris Lim, to Nick , and the boys who detailed my ride including waxing it, and doing a total interior detail right down to tire dressing totally blew my mind. They even touched up some chips in my paint, FREE! Did I mention I had quarters, toonies and loonies , spare change, still in its holder, untouched. The honesty, integrity and genuine care /attention at the body shop has blown my mind. As long as Nick is there, I won't go to any other body shop for my Impala. They say what they mean, and do as they say. 10/10 5 stars

Large, professional dealership. Professional staff. We first bought cars there in 2001, and have always had the servicing done there. We have never had a bad experience.
Sales was pretty good, Financing was great. Their service dept seems all over the place. Didn't listen to my concerns and spent far too long chasing symptoms rather than looking at the actual problem which I brought up initially. GM Canada refused repairs under a special coverage warranty which they said was already done but had no records of it being done. The only saving grace was the new Service manager Bill, he did all he could for me after GM refused warranty. Hopefully he can clean up things a bit in the service dept and make it run more smoothly.
