I had two windows in the bathroom on which the handle/lock had jammed solid with the result that one window would not open and the other would not close. Richard responded promptly to my telephone call inspected and advised what was needed and we agreed an early appointment for the work which was kept and carried out at a reasonable price. Will not hesitate to use again.

I had a window that was jammed shut, I rang this company for advice and they could not have been more helpful, came to assess the job within a day, window fixed the following day! Genuine, helpful and very courteous service, highly recommended.
Brilliant service, really helpful, even came out on a Sunday to fix a broken window hinge. Window wouldn't shut and so house wasn't secure. No call out fee. Thanks.
