Unfortunately, I am very disappointed that I did not get my PCR result the same day as promised. They told me I could come before 2PM and that would get the result the same day. Unfortunately, I had to miss a flight because of this. Otherwise the clinic is fine. However, if it is going to take longer they should have been transparent about it.
Very professional service. The doctor visited me at home three times and then checked on me periodically, making sure I was recovering. The office manager speaks English well and made sure I had appropriate documentation for insurance reimbursement. I highly recommend Universum Clinic.

1/14/21 - American from Florida, was in Kiev for a few weeks on business. Had a medical situation and had to be seen. We all have heard a lot of the bad about Ukraine's medical system. Was able to research Universum and see other good reviews. Was told I would have an English speaking doctor, and secured an appointment an hour & half later. Saw Dr Maria Sobchenko, and next day Dr Yaruta Taras and Dr Maria again. Dr Maria speaks textbook English and is very much on par with any GP I have met or known in the US. Very articulate, compassionate, and comprehensive. She also follows up. The administrative guy Egor is also very knowledgable and speaks perfect English. Great experience. ALSO: Was very worried about my insurance not covering costs. Costs are actually very low by American standards and you will have no problem paying out of pocket. I do not even plan to submit for reimbursement. You can trust this clinic. Very good staff. FYI, they have agreements with various companies and embassies so you can further note they are a trusted source.

As a foreigner in Kiev and falling ill from COVID19 it was more than reassuring that the staff here at Universum Clinic were there for me. I had 24/7 access to ask any question I needed. They provided doctors and nurses to my hotel while I was isolated, delivered medication and there was always a friendly voice on the phone. Thank you so much to the staff at Universum Clinic without your support this would have been much more difficult for me to get through. Regards Paul D
I was in need for urgent PCR-tests and Universum Clinic was very agile in service with testing on weekends and result the same day. Most efficient and very easy to work with. Can highly recommend there PCR-test service.
