Terrible experience. Had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment for them to look at my car as it wasn't running smoothly. When I left my car I explained that another garage had ran a diagnostics on it and it came up with no faults. They reran the diagnostics which again showed nothing. They then kept the car for 3 days leaving me carless. During this time I spent hours trying to phone them to get an update. In the end I picked the car up after 3 days as they were closing for new year, was charged over 200 and the car is exactly the same as when I left it. So 3 days, 200 and exactly the same problem with no way to resolve it.
Picked up our new car last week, 2019 noticed rust on the bottoms of both offside doors and paint rubbed through on the rear lights, again causing corrosion. Have spent literally 2 hours on the phone with the phone ringing constantly not once picked up. Emailed the address that replies to these reviews guess what? Ignored again! Finally got through to service and the soonest they can look at it.... 2 months wait and then they need the car for a day with no courtesy cars available. Terrible customer service from the after sales department.
