The doctors there are brilliant and I feel comfortable talking to any of them. That’s if you can get past the awful receptionist MICHELLE! Who is rude obnoxious and laughs down the phone, argumentative. Absolutely appalling reception from her.

On Friday the 4th. December I attended the Centre for treatment to my ears for sun damage. Spotlessly clean, very helpful staff and five star care and treatment. Could not wish for better.

After being taken to hospital with chest pains and heart problems I was advised to see my gp as soon as possible. I’ve never had the chance to meet my doctor as every time I’ve called I’ve been told to call back the next day. Sadly after 6 attempts to see someone,Im going to have to change surgeries to someone who can see me. I’m sure the doctors are very good at their jobs (hence the three stars) but for anybody with immediate chest conditions I’d steer clear.

I can see why this surgery has such good reviews. I’ve recently moved to Truro as needed to register to a GP and be seen to on the same day. I knew this would be difficult especially during this pandemic however the receptions were so helpful in sorting that out for me. Massive improvement from my previous surgery in Wales!!
