Appalling \service\. Chased up several times just trying to secure a booking, then on the day of the viewing they failed to contact us about it being taken off the market - knowing full well we had a 2 hour round trip for nothing. The agent claimed to have emailed us (we purposefully checked before we left) and claimed he called us but we had no missed calls either. Completely incompetent company. Use another agency.
