In December I bought what was probably the cheapest car on the forecourt, not even a Ford. Since then I have received after sales service that would not disgrace a Rolls. Credit where credit is due, this is how it should be. Thank you.

I've been having some electrical issues with my car (not purchased from here) and the guys took it in to have a look. Sod's law, it wasn't faulting by the time it got to them and despite their best efforts, they couldn't get it to replicate the intermittent issue I'd been having. I went to collect today assuming I'd reasonably be paying for at least an hour's labour with them having run diagnostics and taken it for multiple test drives, only to be told that they didn't want to charge me anything as despite the time spent, they hadn't carried out any repair work. A great gesture that makes me feel confident taking my car back there in future.
We bought our new car here and part exchanged our old one. We had excellent service from Vince and the team. The process was a pleasure from the first look and test drive all the way to the purchase. We felt we were in good hands throughout, even the dog was made welcome. Big thank you to the team.
