Good service and new tyre on my bike. Friendly service, great advice, lots of tips, and Baz is always happy to have a chat and a cup of tea. Definitely recommended, but watch for greasy paw prints all over your bike afterwards, plus they left tyre soap all over the sidewalls.

Absolutely fantastic service. I can't speak highly enough of the guys at Lightning. Baz went through my bike top to bottom and gave it a full health check. It was like riding a brand new bike once he'd finished with it.

I considered several motorcycle services, (very few in my area which meant many miles travelling and could not have left the bike). Some didn’t respond or said the job was too small!! Once I located Lightning Services of Trowbridge; left a message and must say a lightning response from Baz. After further correspondence and my issues were resolved. Although they were closed on Wednesday it was no trouble to collect my bike and returned it after work on a Saturday. As a family business they put customer service as their main priority, Brilliant service, very knowledgeable, Value for money, fast collection excellent turnaround time and delivery. Could not have experienced a better service anywhere. Well done Lightning Services! Will definitely use again and highly recommended to other potential customers thinking of using the company. Well-deserved 5 stars!
