This is a nice cafe down the street from Porta Nigra in the center of historic Trier. They have lots of tasty waffle options and many pastries. My only complaint is it was very hot inside the restaurant. Given it was fairly warm at 50 degrees Fahrenheit outside, I was sweating with how hot it was inside while drinking coffee.

They serve good coffee, have some special breakfast offers and besides typical food for a Café. The food is good. Took some time to get served the food, were in a group all others had finished already. But the prices are a bit too high. The decorations inside are very lovely. Nice place to meet.
Great service by our waitress. She was kind and sweet. The hot chocolate was thick and delicious. I took one star off because the meal portions (I had the scrambled eggs) were a bit dry and quite small. But I should’ve ordered a chocolaty meal...
English friendly staff, great food for Sunday brunch. Good size menu but not in English.
