When I lost my dog Molly, everyone at Treasured Friends were amazing. They were highly professional and compassionate. Molly was treated with the utmost dignity and I was kept informed at every step and she was back home with me the next day. I chose the picture frame option which was perfect. I would never use anyone else as they made a very difficult and emotional time so much easier. Thank you.

I lost my beautiful ginger cat Charlie very suddenly, and couldn't bear the thought of him being left at the vets to be 'disposed' of. He would've been totally alone and without his Mum. So, someone very kindly recommended this place. I spoke to a lovely kind soul called Kate, she explained what would happen when I brought Charlie up to them. She explained that we could sit with him for as long as we needed to say our goodbyes, and that he would not be left on his own. This was of great comfort to me, and we drove up the same day, left my boy there and collected him later that evening as promised. The service we received was 2nd to none, and Kate who we dealt with was absolutely fantastic, kind and caring to a fault. When we collected him at just before 6pm the lady that bought him out with his basket was also lovely too. This has helped me immensely with my grieving for my lovely boy Charlie. I would whole heartedly recommend this place to others. The grounds it sits in are so tranquil, and the little room where we spent our last time with Charlie was quiet and peaceful. Additionally, because of heavy snow forecast you contacted us, offering to move our appointment forward and to open out of hours - what thoughtfulness. The team at Treasured friends are truly amazing, they are always so compassionate and give an excellent service from start to finsh. i would never go anywhere else for my pets. i have a photo frame with all my pets and the are beauifully crafted, with a small name plaque at the bottom.
My vet gave me Treasured Friends' details following the passing of my beloved cat, Alfie. I'm so glad she did. The whole process was dealt with professionally and with the utmost compassion. They helped make the most difficult time a little more bearable and the service they provided was swift and very caring. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. My thanks to the the team.
