What an amazing business! I have been consistently going to Saponetti for over a year now. The staff is friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. My family uses their dish soap, hand soap, and all purpose spray. I've recently started using their Oneka shampoo and conditioner which has shown great improvement for my hair. Saponetti and what they do is a necessary piece of the zero waste puzzle in Toronto! Thank you!

Looking forward to using this soap refill depot. What a great idea they have dish soap, shampoo. Hand soap, body wash, house hold cleaners of every kind.

I live in the neighbourhood and have purchased a few items here; body soap, dish soap and also baby soap. I really want to love this place because I want to reduce buying products that are contained in single use plastics. My main problem with Saponetti is that every single time I’ve purchased anything here I’ve been shocked at how expensive it is. My partner recently went in there to refill a large body soap container and and also to get baby soap too. The lady at the counter told him that the container he was passing her was ‘about 1L’ so, he said to fill it up based on the price she had quoted being 24 (!) Well, it wasn’t 1L it was 1.4L so the price was 34!! (She didn’t apologize for over filling it or offer to only charge him for only 1L she had quoted him.) The baby was crying and there was a line up outside so he didn’t feel comfortable making a scene about it. So, because that had been so expensive he only filled up the baby soap container 1/2 way (500g) that cost 17. After taxes it all came to 57!!! The other two times I went I remember having a similar experience leaving the store and thinking to myself ‘oh, yikes that was waaaay more expensive than I had planned for!) The problem with this place is that the way they price their liquid soaps is by kg. In my opinion it would be much much simpler for the consumer to have it sold by mL/L so that they aren’t surprised by the cost. I will say that the soap smells amazing and they are friendly but the prices are just too high. It is cool that they offer recycling for old toothbrushes and toothpaste though!

Just received my first purchase (toothpaste, laundry refill, shampoo bar, conditioner refill, etc.) from their delivery service today and they do not disappoint! Received a text when the shipment was dropped off right in front of my door and had no contact with anyone (perfect for the pandemic lockdown). The shipment came in a big brown paper bag and I'm very excited to try out their products. Keep up the great work Saponetti!

This is the place you have been dreaming of if you are tired of disposing (polluting by recycling) of your household needs plastic containers. Bulk shampoo, conditioner, body and hand soaps, liquid detergents and even cleaning vinegar! They deliver and have a pretty amazing service. You can also come in person to refill your own bottles. All their products are natural and high quality. My favorite brands are Sapadilla and Oneka.
