I bought my bike in this shop and I has an amazing experience with them. They are very professional and very polite, without hesitation they answered me all the doubts regarding the seat high and the gears combination. I strongly recommend this shop

The product, Atala B-Tour SLS, is excellent and therefore deserves five stars. Unfortunately the bicycle arrived with a damaged rear wheel. After contacting Muoviti Pulito they intervened and I quickly received a replacement rim from Atala and had it fitted - all ok. For the transport I give only star due to the damage but overall I give four stars (sorry). Without transportation damage I would have given Muoviti Pulito five stars.

Stavo cercando di acquistare una MTB durante il periodo del Bonus mobilità. Dopo vari tentativi andati a vuoto ho trovato questo fantastico negozio abitato da personaggi gentili e competenti. Il primo contatto è stata una mail tramite il loro sito e sono stato subito ricontattato. Mi sono recato da loro dopo avere preso un appuntamento e in pochissimo tempo ho acquistato la bici. Si lo consiglierei!
Abbiamo comprato da Muoviti pulito una bicicletta elettrica sia io che mio marito. Siamo stati serviti da Ivan e Gianluca che sono stati molto disponibili a darci tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno in modo più che esauriente. Ci hanno preparato con cura le bici e, dato che io e mio marito nel provare a caricarle in macchina stavamo facendo subito danni, ci hanno anche assistito nel dopo acquisto per rimettere le bici a posto!!! Competenti e gentili!!
Stavo cercando una bicicletta con pedalata assistita per mio figlio di 7 anni ... la misura 20 non è ancora disponibile sul mercato ma grazie a voi ho trovato quello che cercavo !!!! In poco tempo avete realizzato una fantastica bicicletta per mio figlio :-) insomma ... qui grazie alla loro competenza e professionalità potete avere anche quello che ancora “ non c è “ !!!
