Just had my very first experience coming to your Body Shop, and I have to say it was exceptional! The manager whom I mainly dealt with and his staff were TOP-NOTCH! I wasn't aware your dealership even had a Body Shop, so I decided to visit and check it out. I've mainly used other Body Shops in the area like Leif's and Caliber, but after my recent visit with Landmark I've defiantly found my new place. The customer service and professionalism of the staff sold me just walking in the front door, I've never had that experience with the other shops. Not sure who reads these reviews, or if the ownership ever reads them, but I have to brag a bit and say that Landmark's Body Shop is the real deal. I can only hope the Body Shop staff sticks around for awhile, because no other shop in Oregon has a staff or manager like Landmark has! Great job!!

Very impressed with the new Body Shop team at Landmark Ford in Tigard. Never met the new shop manager Nate until yesterday, but definitely a night and day successor from the last manager. All of my questions and concerns were answered without hesitation and with professionalism. I will absolutely be returning to Landmark with all my body work needs. I will also be sending all my needed service work to Landmarks Service Center thanks to Nate taking the time to share with me Landmarks Service Center and all that they do, I had no idea?? I have a fleet of 20 vehicles, and have found my new Body Shop and Service Center. Thank you very much for caring and taking the time to help me find my new Service Center. Thank you!

10/10 - Would recommend! A Destination Dealership - Landmark Ford is a little off the beaten path but well worth the trip! I reached out for information on a vehicle and Charlie was prompt to follow up with me via phone and email. After sitting down at another dealership the week before and leaving unhappy, I was a little leery to go to another to be let down again. Instead, Charlie was very imformative about all the vehicle specs, answered my endless questions, and got down to business helping me trade in my car without hassle. This was, hands down, the most relaxed and least painful experience I have had buying a car! I even went back in a couple of weeks after to learn more about some of the new features on my vehicle and Charlie was happy to assist. Stellar customer service from everyone onsite, makes the world of difference!
