What a really lovely hidden gem. Beautiful view of Rivington from outside. Friendly staff. My food took a while to arrive but this was because of the Govt scheme help to eat out. Glad I booked in advance. Food is presented very nicely. Good hygiene standards clearly visible. Nice ambience.
Used go here years ago but stopped going when it changed hands a couple of times. Decided to try it out with the eat out to help out offer and we were glad we did. The young girl who served us was lovely and the lunch menu had a variety of choices. Overall, great value and food, attentive staff and a relaxed atmosphere.
My husband & I visit quite regularly for Sunday terrace drinks with the dogs :) .. amazing views, great drinks, attentive staff... A great way to end a weekend! We visited yesterday for our anniversary meal and it was fantastic from start to finish. We were welcomed and seated immediately and the service throughout the evening was exceptional. The food was second to none... scallops, king prawns, fillet steak, lamb.... cooked to perfection :) As the management were aware we were celebrating our anniversary, we were brought out a special dessert with \happy anniversary\ written in raspberry sauce! It was the perfect end to a perfect meal! The staff were all amazing, in particular Michelle, the general manager, she is lovely and we had a great chat with her :) ... she is very welcoming and makes you feel very valued. We love visiting here, it really is a hidden gem. Thanks The Hawthorns!
So we visited here to check out the quality of the food and facilities as we are looking for a wedding reception venue. The staff were very friendly, still finding their feet a little with the new covid rules, the inside was beautiful and the food tasted amazing, I took some pictures of the food but as you can see I was too quick to dive in so you god images half way through the function room and outside area is beautiful, this is definitely one we will be considering
