10/10 do not recommend. The showers are peeling & moldy, the carpets are dirty, everything is just very old and dilapidated. In addition to those problems, the popcorn ceiling is also unsightly, not to mention it often falls on ones head and/or bed.

If I could I would give them zero stars. For the price it is not worth it at all!! The water is always cold, the rooms are small and the walls are sooo thin you can hear everything. Don't spend your money on this when you can live somewhere better.
The WiFi never works, but it’s at a good location on campus.
Had to go a week without hot water. But if that isn't broken, the dryer's, washers, or Wi-Fi is. Never a dull moment.
It's so easy for anyone to just walk in. The doors also seem to be paper thin since you can easily hear anyone walking down the halls.
