We purchased a shed from Lowes on 6/12/19. Were contacted via text by this company 6/24/19 asking us to call them to set up delivery/ install date & time. The earliest date for the install was August 1st. Install date arrives & the company sends one installer in his 60's at least to do this job. Installer then has to stop work because he is missing two boards. The job lasted from 7:30am to 5pm. Needing to leave for an appt. my eldest son stayed to sign off on paperwork. I noticed the next day two different types of wood were used at the base of shed along with several other issues. Contacted Backyard Building with my concerns. Sent the pics via email of the issue. Still have not heard a word from this company. I emailed twice, called them twice and left a voice mail. I hope you as the consumer think very hard before doing business with this company.

I agree, this company is very bad news, we ordered shed through Home Depot May 24th, was told July 2nd for install date, was also told we had to have the site prepped and ready to go, so I was out tearing down old shed (in June, in Phoenix), got a call on on July 2nd to set the install date on aug 6th, never heard anything, so I called and they moved it to August 8th, no call no show, I once again had to call, to find out, he was delayed and would be here the next day. Well I wasn’t going to be able to miss another day of work, I canceled the order. Now they won’t even sell the shed to me so I can install it myself. What a joke. Buyer be ware
We ordered a swing set through Costco and this company was supposed to deliver and install it (for an extra 200). They emailed us a couple weeks later saying that our delivery date had been scheduled... but the email didn't include the date. We called them but the phone always went to voicemail and they never returned our repeated messages. Weeks later I decided to call their national office, after which we got a call scheduling the delivery. However, when the delivery day arrived, they never showed. They didn't even call. And they didn't answer our calls or return our messages. The national office said that there had been a \medical emergency\ -- apparently there is only one person working there and if he's out, the entire operation shuts down (though that doesn't explain the non-responsiveness for the last month). Anyway, the national office told us the next day that the local office would call us right away to reschedule. As you may have guessed by now, they didn't call. Nor did they answer the phone when we called. We're still waiting for the swing set. I'll update this review if they ever deliver it or if we eventually cancel.
