Turned up for my click and collect order waited twenty minutes to be told it had been given to someone else in error! This was a weeks shop & am not paid till end of week and apparently refund may take 3-5 days , and now have to physically go in to a store to buy essentials for my family during a pandemic! Appalling. Staff apologetic but this is no help to my situation

Quick visit to asda Had a look around the store took a few pictures. Due to a few people going to the store over the weekend they have empty the shelfs of toilet roll. A few of the baby things are short on stock as well.
The make your own pizza part was a bit rubbish the other day they never gave me a ticket then when I went to get my pizza it wasn't made and they didn't ask what size or what oil I'd like she just did what she thought she may I've been knew which just shows the training isn't that good. The one women said make sure get a ticket next time I do usually but she didn't even offer one.
Really polite and helpful .There brilliant work force people that work there are always willing to help .its the best shop .and the delivery man who come today was so helpful and pleasant brighten up my day God bless him .i love the shop and its workers .Thank you asda
