This place is awesome lovely volunteers who run the show and make you feel more than welcome to pop your head in and have a cuppa. You can learn quite a lot about things around the coast

Admire the work this institution does and love the webcam. Shame the camera looks over so much tarmac. Turn it slightly to the SE and you'd see the Ore Stone and the harbour outer markers. Much more interesting than tarmac...the hint is in the name \Coastwatch\!

I agree they do a great job. Contrary to previous posting, I like being able to see the sea, the coast and just for getting my bearings I like to see the coastline, Guess that's why they're called \Coast\ Watch.
