Paragliding gave me this quietness feeling, relaxation and amazement. The view is incredible. Great instructors that explain what you need to know (it does not seem/feel complicated afterwards) and try to get you as high as possible. Looking forwards to repeating the experience!
The best team you can find is at Happy Cloud. I've been flying twice, and many more will come. The sensation is unique and the landscape is gorgeous. Thanks to the whole team :D
