Burger bro was pretty good. Got the big bro! Very messy eat but very nice
like
I was told all about how amazing Burger Bro was by my friends but was left disappointed. It's not a bad burger, it's just average. Very very oily and not much to make up for it. The fries for what they were were good though.
Step down from Martin Place into this bar and restaurant. It really does have almost a pub-like feel to it. I've only eaten the burgers here, but they are generous and tasty. Great for a work lunch, though make sure you reserve a table. Prices are reasonable, though search online for lunch specials that you can print and bring for a discount. These can save you a bit when they are available. A worthy eatery for casual dining.
Firstly, let's get the bad out of the way. I can't believe they gave me the wrong burger. I got a weird one with peanut butter (what if i was allergic?) in it. Seriously, who mixes up an order when there aren't any other customers there? Now to the good, the atmosphere was great, very spacious and music wasn't too loud and irritating where you can't hear people next to you talk. Overall, I do want to go back and try the burger I ordered in the first place, just based on the beef that was in the burger, it tasted great.
What burger do you get at burger bro? A bro burger of course. It's reasonably priced, comes with fries (which you can switch to sweet potato chips for an additional 2) and it has an egg in the burger. The food is delicious and we had a cider along with it which cost 5 (might have been happy hour prices). There's quite a few other burgers to choose from but I was overwhelmed by the choices and picked what I would imagine to be their signature burger. The only thing worth mentioning was that they kept playing Bob Dylan songs along with other old school music so it's a great place to visit if that is your kind of music.
Awesome food by the great chef Priscilla and everyone loves the bar staff pat and j for the best customer service. Thanks for a great night. Can't wait to bring the family in.
Came over with a Groupon, the staff was friendly and assisted us in getting our classic NZ beef burgers (i believe). The burgers was lovely and plump lots of filling and sauce :D. The chips were freshly fried giving it the crispy edge over its competitors. Burger Bros? was very quiet on a Monday night, not sure if they are always like this, but it was lovely with some music in the background and not too noisy to disturb me enjoying my burger.
First of all, is this Chambers, a hotel or Burger Bro? The signs outside the door are missing... I like the style of the restaurant, tables and chairs made from pallets and similar stuff. The atmosphere at lunch time is relaxed and on a Wednesday there weren't many customers. As for the food, the burger was good but the fries were subpar.
