I was struggling to authorise an order with my MD for our regular printer and with just a few days to go before we needed business cards, postcards and posters for an event, I decided to shop around for quotes. Karen at Prontaprint came back with a price way lower than expected (however digital printing instead of previously quoted litho) and said they could do it in the short timescale we had. I was reluctant having had nightmares in the past with other big name franchises but the decision came down to that or nothing. We were able to collect everything hours before the agreed deadline, the card quality was higher than expected, the print quality and colours were flawless and the cuts (I didn't add bleed to the designs) was near perfect on a few, but flawless on the majority. It's the first time we've used Prontaprint, but it won't be the last. Brilliant delivery for a short timescale at a very competitive price. Thanks to Karen and the team
Closes at 5pm. Turned up at 4:45 (30.07.19) and it was closed. Poor. Sneaking off early and letting customers down. Very poor.
