Terrible customer service! Absolutely no manners at all from the older lady at reception. How she got the job I have no idea. Ruined my day.

I never usually write reviews, however my experience was awful. The staff are rude and very unhelpful. With so many other test centres near by, this is definitely one to avoid. Left me feeling very upset.

Test is 1 hour long must get there 15mins before your time staff is so helpful and welcoming building is old but inside is nice l PASS......
